The Board of County Commissioners ~et Septe~ber 12th, 1951 at Jackson Park School for the purpose <br />of hearing complaints about the creation of Jackson Park Sanitary District with the following <br />members present ; <br /> <br /> J. Lee White, chairman , M. Smoot Lyles and Homer L. Fink. <br /> <br /> Absent: P. Ernest S~allings and Bowman Barrier. <br /> <br />After discussing the Sanitary District aL1 favorable, Mr. Lyles made the following~ <br /> <br /> Motion by M. Smoot Lyles, seconded by Homer L. Fink that petition for~ creating a <br /> Sanitary District be approved and that J. Lee White chairman, of the County ~oard <br /> of Commissioner be requested ~to foward the petition on the State Board of Health <br /> at Raleigh. The vo~ being unaminous . <br /> <br />Being no further business the Board adJorned to meet October 9, 1951. <br /> <br /> <br />
