That the Local Governmemt C~mm!~sion be requiested to exchange, through the <br /> <br />State Treasurer, the $467,000 School Bailding Bond Anticipation Notes of the County of Cabarrus <br />dated December 20, 1951 and authorized by this resolution, for the $467,000 School Building Bond <br />Anticipation Notes dated June 20, 1951 and maturing on December 20, 1951. <br /> <br /> Section 5. That the action of the County Attorney in applying to the LoCAl Governme_~t <br /> <br />Commission for its approval of the School Building Bond Anticipation Notes herein authorized, and <br /> <br />for the exchange thereof for t he notes of said County dated June 20, 1951, and maturity on <br /> <br />December 20, 1951, with the consent of the holder of such notes, be and the same is hereby ratifie~ <br /> <br /> Commissioner M. S. Lyles moved the passage of the foregoing resolution entitled: <br /> <br />"RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF $467,000 SCHOOL BU~DING BOND ANTICIPATION NOTES" and <br />Commissioner P. E. Stallings seconded the motion and the resolution was passed by the following <br />vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes; C~sioners P. E. Stallinga, H. L. Fink, M. S. Lyles and L.
