The Board of County Commissioners met at a regular meeting January 9~ 1952 with the following <br />members present: <br /> <br /> J. Lee White, chairn~n~ Homer L. Fink~ M. Smoot Lyl~e <br /> <br /> P. Ernest Stallings and L. Bowman Barrier <br /> <br /> Absent- None <br /> <br />Motion by N. S. Lyles seconded by L. Bowman Barrier - <br /> <br /> Ordered that all real p roperby in Cabarrus County be increased 15% <br /> of Present valuation by Horizontal Appraisal for the yesr 1952. <br /> <br /> Public laws 1939 and as amended and suppemented by various acts <br /> <br /> of the General Assembly through the session of 1951. <br /> G.
