<br /> (iii) $5000,000 bonds consisting of 500 bonds of the denomination of $1,O00 each,
<br /> numbered 1 to 500, inclusive, designated "School Building Bonds, Series C",
<br /> and maturing annually, ~Iarch 1~ in numerical order, lowest numbers first,
<br /> $21,000 1951, $21,000 1952, 1~8,O00 1953 to i956, inclusive, $10,000 1957,
<br /> $10,0OO 1958, $16,0OO 1959, $20,000 l?~o, $25,000 1961, $25,000 1962,
<br />
<br /> and S20,OOO 1963 to 1978, inclusive, without option of prior payment , which
<br /> bonds were issued pursuant to said Resolution and orders s~d a resolution
<br /> passed October 2, 1950 entitled: "RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR T~ ISSUanCE OF
<br /> $500,000 SCHOOL BUILDING BO~DS, S~RIES C".

<br /> (e) That $h67,OOO notes are now outstanding which were issued in anticipation of the
<br />receipt of the proceeds of the unissued $h67,0)O bonds authorized by said orders, which notes are
<br />designated "School Building Bond Anticipation Notes, "are dated December 20, 1951, mature on
<br />~iarch 20, 1952, ~ithout option of prior payment, and consist of i note of the denomioation of
<br />$67,0OO, numbered 1, and four notes of the denomination of $1000,O00 each, numbered 2 to 5,
<br />inclusive, and were issued pursuant to a reso!otion ?assed December 3, 1951 entitled: "RESOLUTION
<br />PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF $h67,0OO SCHOOl. BUI~DINO BO£~D ANTICIPATION NOTES".

<br /> (f) That it is necessary that Cabarrus County, acting as an administrative agent of
<br />the State in providing a State system of public schools, issue at this time the unissued $h67,000
<br />bonds authorized by said orders, Sh6?,O00 of the proceeds thereof to be used to pay said $h67,000
<br />School Building Bond anticipation Notes at their maturity.
<br />
<br /> Section ~. That said unissued ~h67,O00 bonds shall be issued at this time, shall be
<br />designated "School Building Bonds, Series D", and shall consist of ~67 bonds of the denomination
<br />of $1,0OO each, numbered I to h67, inclusive, and said bonds shall mature annually, ~iarch l, in
<br />numerical order~ lowest numbers first, $10,O00 1953, $8,000 195h, ~9,0OO 1955, $9,000 1956,
<br />Slh,OO0 1957, Slh,O00 1958, $18,O00 1759, $15,000 1960, $25,000 1961, $25,000 1962, and ~20,000
<br />1963 to 1978, inclusive, without option of prior payment.
<br />
<br /> Section 3. That the action of the County Attorney in applying to the Local Government
<br />Commission to advertise and sell said $h67,000 School Building Bonds, Series D, and the action
<br />of the Local Government Commission in asking for sealed bids for said bonds (by ~ublishing a sale
<br />notice and printing and distributing circulars)~ be and the same are hereby ratified and confirmed.

<br /> Upon motion of Commissioner L. Bowman Barrier, seconded by Commissioner P. ~. Stallinss
<br />the foregoing resolution entitled: "RESO~.UTION PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF Sh6?,O00 SCHOOL
<br />~UILDINO BONDS, SLRIL5 D'', was passed by the following vote:
