The Board of County Commissioners held their regular meeting Monday, February 4 at the County <br />Courthouse with the foll~ing ~embers present; <br /> <br /> J. Lee White, Chairman, Homer L. Fink, M. Smoot Lyles,o P. E. Stallings <br /> and L. Bowman Barrier. <br /> Absent- None <br /> <br />The following motion ~as made by P. Ernest Stallings seconded by M. Smoot Lyles that the State <br />Highway and Public works com~ission be requested to Hard surface West Over Ave in No. 4 Township. <br />Scrape and gravel road in No. 4 Township from Highway 29, East Park Street thence to Concord <br /> <br />La~e Road. <br /> <br />Open road in No. 5 Township known as Victory Street Extension. <br /> <br />Ta~ and gravel road in No. 3 Township from W. B.
