The Board of County Commissioners held a special meeting Wednesday, April 23, 1952 with the <br /> <br />following members present: <br /> <br /> J. Lee White, chairman ~ L. Bow~n Barrier, Homer L. Fink, P. Ernest <br /> Stallings and N. Smoot Lyles. <br /> <br />Motion by M. Smoot Lyles and seconded by Homer L. Fink that J. Lee 9~'hite be authorized to sign <br />deed of transfer of ~a nd on Union Cemetery Road, part of old countY~home property , to County <br />Board of Education according to the survey of Walter Furr county surweyor~ as presented to Board. <br /> <br />Motion by Homer L. Fink, seconded by L. Bowman Bar~ er that ~. J. Lee White and C. N. Field be <br />authorized to advertise the sale of old county school propertM. Ad to call for sealed bids the <br />Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. <br /> <br />Motion by Homer L. Fink ~econded by ~.~. Smoot Lyles that the salary of Dog Catcher be set at <br />$210.00 per month and 83.33 1/3 (month) ~avel fee per month for travel, <br /> <br />Motion by L. Bowman Barrier seconded by M.
