Smoot L~les, L. Bowman Barrier <br /> <br /> and-P. Ernest Stallings. <br /> <br /> Absent- None <br /> <br />Motion by P. Ernest StaLlings seconded, by M. Smoot Lyles that A. H. Graham be appoiuted on Royal <br />Oaks Sanitary Board to replace Okie Rinehardt who resigned. <br /> <br />Motion by Homer L. Fink seconded by M. Smoot Lyles that Walter D. Furr be exempt o£ poll tax for <br />l~fe on account of being disabled. · <br /> <br />Motion by P. Ernest Stallings seconded by Hom~ L.
