A Special meeting held July 28, 1952 to adopt Budget - <br /> <br /> The following-~ers were present- J. Lee White, chairman, Homer L. Fink, <br /> M. Smoot I~lce~ L. Bcmaan Barrier and P. Ernest Stallings. <br /> <br />~otion by L. Boeman Barrier seconded by M. ~moot Lyles that W. D. Lee Jr. be authorized to collect <br />prepaid, taxes at the rate of 87~ per $100.00 until 1952 tax books are officially turned over. <br /> <br />Motion by L. B~man Barrier seconded by M. Smoot LTles that the following budget for the year <br />1952-1953 be adopted. <br /> <br />Motion by Homer L. Fink seconded L. Bo~nan Barrier that the Board of County Ccam~tssioners approve <br />all salaries as adopted in the following 1952-1953 Budget approprations. <br /> <br />The following motion was made by L. B~rman Barrier seconded by M. S. Lyles who moved its adoption <br />· Be it resolved by the Board of County Cow~t-sioners of Cabarrus County N.
