Party of the First Part agrees that the serviced he has contractd to perform under this contrac~ shall be rendered by or under the personal supervision of competent accounts who will faithfully perform their work with care and diligence and report all irregularities, ca~ssions and discrep- ancies in the accounts of the Party of the Second Part. 3. It is understood ~nd agreed that should unusual c~ditions arise whereby the servicers of the Party of the First Part are necessary beyond the extend $§ the work contemplated and required undex the Standard Program of Audit ~Procedure such unusual conditions shall be referred to t~he party* the Secmud part who shall instruct said party of the first part concerning such additional service~ which shall be subject to the approval of the Director of Local Government. 4. The audit shallbe stated as s0on~after this contract is executed and ~pproved as is agreeable t~ the parties hereunto and shall be completed and a writtem report thereon rendered within a reason- able time after the close of the fiscal period covered by this contract. One copy of said report shall be filed with the Director of Local Government. 5. In consideration of the faithful performance of the conditions covenants and undertakings herei~ set forth, the Party of the second.part agrees to pay to the party of thefirst part upon approval by the Director of Local Government, a fee of Se~r Accountant (C.
