121 The Board of County Conmissioners held their regular meeting Decembe~ 1~ 1952 at 10=00 o,'clock A. M. With the following members present= J. Lee White, chairman Conmissioners, Homer L. Fink, L. Bowman Barrier P. E. Stallings and M. Smoot Lyles. ~ , Absent; None Motion by M. Smoot Lyles seconded by Homer~L. Fink that de~at~,',~e County in following i~stitutions..,Unica Ce_,~ty Home, Samarcand Manor, Morrison Training School Stonewall Jackson Training School. $3.00 will be given each inmate. Motion by L. Bo~ Barrier seconded by.M. ,Smoot Lyles that Robert Nesbits peddlers license be . renewed on account of being a d~sabled veteran. Motion by L Smoot Lyles seconded by Homer-L. Fink that State Highway and Public work~ e~,,-~.~sion be requested to tar and gravel road in No. 4 TS. Road runs from Brantley Road to Texa~ Road and is known as South Mable Avenue. Length of road 350 ft. Open side ditches and put sand or gravel on road from Pinecrest Drive to dead end. Road is knu,h aS Hickory Grove Drive. Lenghh 1 mile. Motion by Homer L. Fink seconded by L. Bowman Barrier that J. P. Crowe be given peddlers license on a~county of being disable. D. Ray McEacherh presented his ~nual report and on motion by Homer. L. Fink seconded by M.
