No charge shall be made to any bondholder <br />for the privilege of registration herein grated. <br /> <br /> Section 5, Tha~ said $72,000 Courthouse Bonds, and all other indebtedness heretofore <br />contxacted in the current fiscal year, does not exceed two-thirds of t he amount by which the out- <br />standing indebtedness of the County of Cabarrus was reduced in the preceding fiscal ~ar. <br /> <br /> Section 6. That the action of the County Attorney in applying to the Local Goverr~ent <br />Commission for the advertisement and sale of said $72,000 Courthouse Bonds be and the same is <br />hereby ratified. <br /> <br /> Upon motion of Commissioner M. S. Lyles, seconded by Commissioner L.
