Ernest Stallin s seconded by L. Bowman Barrier that W. D. Lee Jr.'s resignation be <br />accepted as of September 15, 1953. <br /> <br />Motion by Homer L. Fink seconded by P. Ernest Stallings that Ray A. Cline be made Cab~rrus County <br /> <br />Tax collector at $~200.00 per year as of September 15th, 1953. Bond for $4000.00 be paid for by <br />Cabarrus County. <br /> <br />A delegation from Buffalo and Rocky River with petitions containing 4008 named, requesting that <br />some steps be taken at once to remedy the situation.in-regards to the stream polution and on motiol <br />by Homer L. Ftw~saeconded by L. Bowman Barrier that +.he ~ounty Commissioners go on record that <br />something should be done at once and that J.
