Smoot Lyles. ~ <br /> <br /> Motion by Homer L.Fink, seconded by M.Smoot Lyles that the State Highway <br /> <br /> and Public works Commission be requested to surface Treat Street from Roberta <br /> Road to Oak Street, and known as Pinecrest Drive. Surface Treat road from St. <br /> Johns Church Road to Cline School Road, and known as Cress Road, 1.5 miles. <br /> <br /> Surface Treat road from Cannon Boulevard and back to C~rnaon Boulevard and known <br /> as Irene Avenue.· Tar and Gravel Pinecrest~ ~rive in No. 11 Township .3 mile. <br /> Stone or gravel "Old Gold Hill Rd", running to home of ~iss Maggie Cress 7/8 mile. <br /> <br /> The bids for moving County building from behind the Cotton Platform to near <br /> <br /> the County Home were opened at t1:00 A. M., with the following bidding: <br /> <br /> CarolinaTransfer ~39~0.00 <br /> <br /> R. H. Armstrong ~57~0.00 <br /> <br /> P. L. Ledbetter ~2200.00 <br /> <br /> and motion by Homer L. Fink, seconded by M. Smoot Lyles that P. L. Ledbetter , <br /> <br /> being the low bidder,that he be given the job. The vote being unanimous. <br /> <br /> Motion by L. Bowman Barrier, seconded by Homer L. Fink, that J. Lee ~hite, <br /> M.Smoot Lyles, and Charles M.
