The Cabarrus County Board of Equalization met in the Grand Jury Room in the CountyCourthous, <br />at l0 o'clock A. M. on March 15, 1954~with the following present: <br /> <br /> Mr. J. Lee White, Mr. M.S. Lyles, Mr. P.E.Stallings, and Mr. BowmanBarrier. <br /> <br /> Also present were Mr. C.~ N.FieldS, County Auditor, and R.C. Harris, County Tax Supervisor. <br /> <br /> The following tax payers appeared in person, before the Board and requested adjustment in th~ ~ r <br />tax values: <br /> <br /> Phil Bangle B.G. Baity <br /> Miss Carrie Griffin R.A. Hilton <br /> Mrs. Healy Jones C.C. Long <br /> L.S. Myers S.O.Stone Jr. <br /> L.S.Troutman A.M. Krimminger <br /> Mrs. Leonard Brown Mrs.Brice Willeford <br /> ~. H.Gardner John Sharpe Hartsell for Mrs. Worth Byrd and Mrs J.E. Bu .ns) <br /> W estley Walker <br /> <br /> The Board also heard written requests for the tax adjustment from the following: <br /> <br /> H. L. Hammett <br /> <br /> Charles Freeze <br /> <br /> W. L. Mills, Sr. <br /> <br /> Gurley Misenheimer <br /> <br /> Mrs. Blanche Dick Stough <br /> <br /> Ray W. Whitley <br /> <br /> A. F.Walters <br /> <br /> The Board appointed a committee consisting of Mr. M.S.
