239 The Board of County Commissioners held their regular meeting October ~, 19~ at lO:O0 A. M. ot clock with the following members present: J. Lee White, Chairman Commissioners, Homer L. Fink, L. Bowman Barrier, P. E. Stallings and M. Smoot Lyles. Motion by L. Bowman Barrier, Seconded by M. Smoot Lyles that C. N.Field be authorized to buy bonds for the Secretary and Judge for Domestic Relations Court. Motion by L. Bowman Barrier, seconded by P. Ernest Stallings that Juvenile Court Cost be left up to the Judge and that other cost be at a minimum of ~8.00. Motion by L. Bowman Barrier, seconded by P.Ernest Stallings that the State Highway and Public Works Commission be requested to take over or improve the following roads: No. 8 Town~hip- Road runs from Richard Hahn to Lentz Harness Shop- Known as Hurlocker Road. Take over -widen and keep up the road. No. I Township- Barr road. Take over, grade and gravel and also work the road. No. ~ Township - Road runs from Hwy 29 to Funderburk's Lake. Knm~n as short street. Tar and ~ravel. No. 9 Township - Road runs from Cold Spring Road to dead end. Take over and widen. No. ll Township - ~ad~ ~zus from Rocky River Rd to Arch Marshall. Known as Marshall Rd. Gr~ tel. No. 8 Township - Road rmus from Rt. no.?3 to Lentz Road known as The Mail Road. Straighten and widen road. No. lO Township - Road runs from Bethel Ch to Muddy Creek intersection to Midland Road. known as McEachern road. Tar anJ gravel. No. 9 Towrs hip- Road runs from Friendship Ch to Joe Bost. then from Miami Ch Road to Cold Springs Ch Road running by the Melvin Krimminge.r farm. o Surface treat and straighten.
