Rs~V McEa~herE~Clerk Superior Court bond'be accepted. <br /> <br /> D. Ray McEachern, Clerk .Superior Court took oath from Judge McSwain. <br /> <br /> D. Ray McEachern, gave oath to She New Board of County Commissioners and the following <br /> <br /> took office- ~ ~ <br /> <br /> J. Lee White, P.Ernest S~alling.s, L.Bowman Barrier , M. Smoot Lyles, ~and~W.Frank McCray. <br /> <br /> Motion by L.Bowman Bar~er, seconded by P.Ernest Stallings that J. Lee White be elected <br /> Chairman of the Board of Commissioners and also purchasing agen$.for C~ab_arrus.County. <br /> <br /> On motion by M.Smoot Lyles and seconded by P.Ernest Stallings that ~the bonds for the <br /> Sheriff be O.K. E.M. Loga~ took the oath from D. Ray McEachern. <br /> <br /> Motion b~ M Smoot Lyles seconded by P. Ernest Stallings that the bond for Treasurer be <br /> accepted.
