The Board of County Commissioners held theix re~tlar meeting at the Courthouse at 10:00 <br /> September 5, 1955 having been a legal holiday <br />o'clock on Septembex 6, 1955/wit~ the following members p~esent: <br /> <br /> Chairman- J. Lee White <br /> <br /> Commissioners- L.Bowman Barrier, M.Smoot Lyles, W.Frank McCray and P.E.Stallings <br /> <br /> Motion by Frank McCray, seconded by P.Ernest Stallings that Matthew Shoe be given free privi Lege <br />license on account of being disabled. <br /> <br /> Motion by L.Bowman Barrier, seconded by P.Ernest S~allings that the following road <br />petitions be approved.. <br /> <br /> No. 4Township - Klondale Avenue. Condition and .pave. <br /> <br /> No. 4 Township- Fox Street or Burke Street. Maintain and keep up <br /> <br /> No. 4 Teenship- South Collins Street. Maintain and keep up <br /> <br /> No. 4 Township- Je~ndy Street. Improve and fpp soil. <br /> <br /> No. 8 Township- Moose S%reet. Black top or hard surface <br /> <br /> No. 4 Township-Steele Road.
