The Board of County Commissioners, Cabarrus County held their regular ~eting at the <br /> <br /> Court House on December 5, 1955 at 10'o'clock with the following members present: <br /> Chairman- J. ' Lee White <br /> <br /> Cemmissione~s,.LJBoMmanBar~i~r, M Smoot Lyles,W.Frank McCray and P.E.Stallings, <br /> <br /> Motion by L.Bowman Barf.let, seconded by Frank McCray that the Annual Report of D.Ray <br /> McEachern,ClerkSuperior Court be excepted as of audit by Frank P.Buck Company and published <br /> in the Concord Tribune and the Kannapolis Independent. <br /> <br /> Motion by L.Bowman Barrier, seconded by P.Ernest Stallings that the State Highway and Public <br /> <br /> Works Commission be requested to take over- surface treat the following roads. <br /> No. 2 Township_ Johnston Road- Scrape and gravel <br /> <br /> No. 4 Township- Magnolia Avenue- Widen fix drive ways <br /> <br /> No. l0 Township- Henry Small Road -Black top. <br /> <br /> Motionby M.
