"refunding a like amount of the principal of valid subsisting bonded indebtedness of said County which was originally incurred by the Board of Commissioners (as an administrative Agent of the State inproviding a State system of public schools) for maintaining the constitutional six months' school term". In the bonds designated "General Refunding Bonds" there shall be inserted the words: "refunding a like amount of the principal of valid subsisting bonded indebtedness of said County, including bonded indebtedness incurred for the construction of roads and bridges in said Count~ before January 1, 1929". Section 7. That said bonds shall be registerable as to principal along in accordance with the provisions for registration hereinabove in this resolution provided to be eddorsed u~on said bonds, and the County Treasttrer is hereby designated Bond Registrar for ~he registra~on and transfer of said bonds, subject to the right of the Board of Comissioners for the County of Cabarx ~s hereafter to designate another Bond Registrar. No charge shall be made ~o any bondholder for the privilege of registration herein granted. Bection 8. That ~he action of the County Attorney in requesting the Local Government Commission to advertise and sell said $73,000 Refunding School Bonds and $3~,000 General Refunding Bonds be and the same is hereby ratified and confirmed. Upon motion of Commissioner M Smoot Lyles, seconded by Commissioner W. Frank McCray, the foregoing resolution entitled:~RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE C~ $73,000 REFUNDING SGqOOL BONDS AND $34,000 GENEraL REK~NDING BONDS" was passed byt he following vote: Ayes: Commissioners J. Noes: None; I, John R.Boger,Regis~er of Deeds and ex officio Clerk of the Board of Co,~issioners for the County of Cabarrus, North C~rolina, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that the proceedings of said Board at adjourned regular meeting held January 16, 1956, have heretofore been fully recorded by me in %he official records of said Board, in Book 13, of the minu~es of said Board, beginning at page 329 and ending at page 331, and that the foregoing matter has been literally copied from said recorded minutes and is the whole of that portion of said minutes which relates in any ~ay to the issuance of bonds of said County.
