The Board of County Commissioners met on March 19, 1956 at 10:00 A. M. at the Courthouse <br /> <br /> with the following members present: <br /> <br /> Chairman: J. Lee White ~ <br /> Commissioners: L.Bowman Barrier, M. Smoot Lyles., W.F~ank McCray and P.E.S~allings <br /> <br /> The Board of Equalization and Review heard numerous requests for adjustment in property <br /> <br />values during the day. <br /> <br /> The Board on motion by Mr. P.E. Stallings decided to remain in session until April 9, 1956 <br /> <br />du~ing which time all requests for adjustment would be received and investigated. <br /> <br /> The Board decided to appoint two committees to investigate all cases of complaint and rep¢ <br /> <br />their finding to the full Board on April 9 1956. <br /> <br /> Appointed to comittee No. 1 were: Mr. J, Lee White, M.S. Lyles, and W.F. McCray. <br /> Appointed to committee No. 2 were Mr. L. Bowman Barrier, and P.E.Stallings; <br /> Committee No, 1 was instructed to investigate complaints in townships 4, 12 and 11. <br /> Committee No. 2 was instructed to investigate complaints in townships 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8 <br /> <br />9, and 10. <br /> <br /> The Board of Equalization and Review decied to remain insession until April 9, 1956, <br /> <br /> Signed: <br /> <br /> R.C.
