The Board of County Commissioners of Cabarrus County met at 2:30 P. M. on <br /> <br />December 10, 1956 with the following members present: <br /> Chairman- J Lee White <br /> <br /> Commissioners_ L Bowman Barrier, M.Smoot Lyles, W.Frank McCray; and P.Ernest Stallings <br /> <br /> Motion by L.Bowman Barrier, seconded by M.Smoot Lyles that the following <br />road petition be passed and sent to Albemarle to the State Highway and Publ~ works <br />Commission : <br /> <br /> Road runs from Poplar Tent Road South EAst to New Plant of Southern Latex Cp. <br /> known as Smith ~oad.
