Smoot Lyles, L.Bowman Barrier, P.Ernest Stallings, and W. Guy Isenhoux. <br /> <br /> Motion by L.Bowman Barrier, seconed by M Smoot Lyles that the County tax Rate be set at $1.07 sx Hundred. <br /> <br /> Motion by P.Eznest Stallings, and seconded by M Smoet ~.~les'.~that~ J R Plumme~ be given <br />f~ee peddlers license on account of being disable to work. These license good fo~ one year. <br /> <br /> Motion by M Smoot Lyles seconded by L Bowman Ba~iez that Webster Medlin be made Assistant <br />Domestic Relation Cou~t Judge. <br /> <br /> Motion by M.Smoot Lyles seconded by P.
