Specific reference is hereby m~de tothe foregoing Code and Minutes of the Board of Aldermen of the City of Concord and made a part hereof as fully and completely as if herein set out, all of which is coterminus with the City Limits of Concord, ~orth Carolina. A new registration has been ordered and no one will be permitted to vote unless registered anew. The books for such new registration will remain open from 9:00 o'clock ~ M until sunset on each day beginning Saturday, January 18, 19~8 and closing Saturday February l, 1958. On each S~turday duzTng such period said registration books will remain open at the polling places between the hours set out above for the ~egistration of voters. The Registrars will attend the polling places with the registration books on Saturday February 8 1958 fromthe hou~ of 9:00 o'clock A M until the hou~ of $:00 o'clock P M when and where the said bookswill be open for the inspection o£ the electors of the precinct and any of said electors will be allowed to object to the name of any person appeai~ga'on said books.
