448 &t the regula~ monthly meeting held on June 2, 1958 the Cabarrus County Commissioners met at lO:O0 A M at the Courthouse with the following members present: Chairman: w. Frank McCray Commissioners: M.Smoot Lyles, ?. Ernest Stallings, W.Guy Isenhou~ and L Bowman Barrier Motion by W. Guy Isenhoum seconded by P.E~nest Stallings that W. Frank McCray, Chairman, be given authority to go ahead and sign papers fo~ South Concord Sanitary District when the petit .on is presented to him. Motion by W.Guy Isenhoum, seconded by P.Ernest Stallings that the following road petitions be passed and sent to the State Highway and Public Works Comm. in Albemarle, N.C. No. 4Township - Carolina Avenue - Ditch and tile across Carolina Ave. Extended/ No. 8 Township - Mills Circle- Take over and maintain Motion by M Smoot Lyles seconded by W.Guy Isenhouz that Samuel L. Thomas be given free ~ivilage license to peddle on account of being a disabled veteran.
