Guy Isenhouz be requested to audit <br /> the report. <br /> <br /> Motion by L.Bowman Barrier, seconded by M.°moot Lyles that Brice J. Willeford, Jr., <br /> <br /> be appointed Solicitor for four yea~s. <br /> <br /> Motion by N.Guy Isenhou~, seconded by P. Ernest Stallings, that J. H. Harwood be <br /> authoxized to t~ansfer $3000.00 from Cash fund to ElectionFund. <br /> <br /> Motion by W.
