Smoot Lyles seconded by P. Ernest Stallings that Lien on pleasant <br /> <br /> Lee Teal home for old age assistence be subordinated to Concord Perpetual Building and <br /> <br /> Loan Assoc. This Lien is recorded in the Registex of Deeds office inDeed book 290 page 211. <br /> <br /> Motion by .M.S. Lyles , seconded by P.E.Stallings concerning the following resolution <br /> <br /> extending the boundaries of the Parkeood Sanitary District: <br /> <br /> "It appearing that the North Ca~olina State ~ard of Health, at a re~ulax meeting <br /> <br /> held in the City of Raleigh, Wake County, MO~th Carolina, once 3rd day of Maxch, 1959, adopted a <br /> resolution extending the boundaries of the Parkwood Sanitary District; that tb ~mitary~iatrict <br /> Boaxd of said Park~ood ~anitary District has pub~lhed notice of its intention to apply to the <br /> Local G~vernment Commission for approval of the ~ss~ance of $1~2,000.00 General Obll~ation~ater amd <br /> ~ewer Bonds; that aftex these matters have been acted upon by the ~anitaxy District Board of the <br /> Parkwo~d Sanitary Distzict it will be necessary for t~ B~axd of Co~aiaaionera of Caharrus County to <br /> pass upon said proceeding and provide forths calling and giving notice of an electi~u on the prc~oa. <br /> bond issue; and that it will be necessary for the Board of Coati,loners o.f. ~ab_a~ rus Co~unty to_ <br /> <br /> meet again on Monday, .Apxil 13, 1959, to consider said matters, upon motion of M.S.
