<br /> Motion by W.Ouy Isenhour, seconded by P.Ernest Stallings that the following road ~petitions

<br /> be passed and mailed to the State Highway and Public Works, Comm., in Albemarle, N.C.:

<br />amnual report of the County Forester.

<br />the creation of a Sanitary District in Cabarrus County:

<br /> FOR THE OOUNTY OF CABARRUS COUNTY, ENTITLED: "RESOLUTION CONCERNING CREATION OF A SANITARY
<br /> DISTRRCT IN CABARRUS COUNTY"

<br /> BE IT RESOLVED by/the Board of Commissioners for the County of Cabarrus that a resolution
<br />passed by the Board of Commissioners for the County of Cabarrus after a public hearing held
<br />3ointly with a representative of the North Carolina State Board of Health on July 29, 1960, which
<br />resolution is in the following words and fi§utes, be and the same is hereby approved, ratified and
<br />confirmed:
<br /> "RESOLUTION CONCERNING CREATION OF A SANITARY DISTRICT IN

<br /> WHERF~, a petition proposing the creation of a sanitary district in Cabarrus County was
<br /> filed with the Board of Commissioners on June 6, 1960, which petition is set forth in the minutes
<br /> of the June 6, 1960 meeting of said Board, and is a s follows:

<br /> PETITION FOR CREATION OF SA~fiTARY DISTRICT
<br />
<br /> We, the undersigned resident freeholders within the boundaries of the territory described below
<br /> respectfully petition the Board of Commtssionerfs for the County of Cabarrsu North Carolina to
<br /> take all necessary actton required by Article 12 of Chapter 130 of the General Statutes of
<br /> North Carolina for the creation of , sanitary district comprising such territory, the objects
<br /> proposed to be accomplished by the reation of such district being the acquisition, construction,
<br /> maintenance and operation of a water s~rpply and distribution system, a sewerage system, sewage
<br /> disposal or treatment plant, providing adequate fire protection facilities, ~d such other
<br /> utilities as may be necessary for the prese~tton and prmmotion of the public health and
<br /> sanitary welfare within the district.

<br /> All of the territory proposed to be included in such sanitarydistrict is located in Cabar~us
<br /> County, North Carolina, and the boundaries of such territory are as follows:

<br /> page 30, in the office~of the Re§ister of Deeds for Cabarrus County, North Carolina; thence, with
