615 (b) That on December 10, 1960 there was submitted to t he qualified voters of the Centerview Territory and the qualified voters of the Royal Okks Sanitary District the following question: Shall the Centerview Territory be annexed to the Royal Oaks Sanitary District? (c) That the Board believes that said elections were conducted in full compliance with law. (d) That the books made for the new registrations in the Atrpark Territory and in the Centerview Territory have been examined hyt his Board. (e) That the following schedule correctly shows the designation of the polling places, the number of voters registered and qualified to vote, and the number of votes cast for and against the question submitted to the qualified voters of the AtrparkTerritory ~nd the qualified voters of the Royal Oaks Sanitary District (hereinafter called the "Airpark Election"): Royal Oaks ~trpark Territory Sanitary District Polling Place Pennsylv~ni~ Ave. Baptist SchoOl Royal Oaks School Voters registered and qualified to vote 79 749 Votes for question submitted 36' 235 Votes against question submitted 37 24 (f) That the following schedule correctly shows the designation of the polling places,the number of voters registered and qualified to vote, and the number of votes cast for and against the question submitted to the qualified voters of the Centerview Territory and the qualified voters of the Royal Oaks Sanitary District (hereinafter called the "Centerview Election"): _~_terview Terri~or~ .~o~al Oaks Sanitary Distr. i:t Plllin9 Place AYcock ~chool Royal Oaks School Voters ~egistared and qualified to vote 968 749 Votes for question submitted 275 152 Votes against question submitted 568 107 ~ectton 3. That at the Airpark Election a majority of the qualified voters voting inthe Airpark Territory voted against tbs annexation of the Airpark Territory to the Royal Oaks Sanitary District and a majority of the qualified voters voting in the Royal Oaks Sanitary District voted in favor of f.he annexation of the Airpark Territory tot he Royal Oaks Sanitary District. Section 4. That at the Centerview Election a majority of the qualified voters voting in the Centerview Territory voted agatns~ the annexation of the Centerview Territory to the Royal Oaks ~anitary District and a majority of the qualified voters voting in the Royal Oaks Sanitary District voted in favor of the annexation of the ~enterview Territory to the Royal Oaks Sanitary' District. Section 5. That the Clerk of the Board of Commissioners he and he is hereby directed to transmit a certified copy of this resolution tb the Sanitary District Board of the Royal Oaks Sanitary District. Upon motion of Commissioner W.Guy Isenhour, seconded by Commissioner Bowman Barrier, the foregoing resolution entitled:"RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE CANVASSING OF THE RE~JRNS OF ELECTIONS HELD ON DECEMBER 10, t960, ODNCERNING THE ANNEXATION OF TWO SEPARATE TERRITORIES TO THE i~OYAL ~ SANITARY DISTRICT" was passed by the following vote: Ayes:.Commtssioners, W. Frank McCray, M.Smoot Lyles, W.GLLV Isenhour, L.Bowman Barrier and P.Ermest S~allings. Noes: None. There being no further business the Board adjorned to meet at their next regular meeting.
