617 The Cabarrus County Commissioners met at their regular monthly ~eeting on February 6th 1961 at 10=00 A M at the Courthouse wtththe following members present: Chairman~ M.Frank McCray Commissioners: L Bo~an Barrier, M.Smoot Lyles, P.Ernest Stallin{s and W.Ouy Isenhour. Motion by L Bowman Barrier, seconded by M.~moot Lyles that Wiles, & Cawood, he appointed auditors for Cabarrus County for the year 1961-1962. Motion byM.Smoot Lyles seconded by W.C~ Isenhour that the following roads be approved and that the petttons be mailed to the State Highway and Public Works Camm in Albemarle, N.C.: Laney Street- No. h T~mship- Request for addition- Raleigh Street - request for Addition o Resolution from the liannapolis City Board of Bducation asking tlmt the following roadway's be paved~ From Bast First St. on FairvtewSt. to the intersection o£ Fairview St. and McLaimRoad. -- From the intersectono~nFairvtew St. and MatainRoad to Detane St. and McLain Rd. from McLainRd to US H~ 29- FromDelane St. and McLain Rd to McLainRd U S Hwy 29.
