The Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners met at their regular monthly meetin9 on August <br /> <br />7, 1961 at 10:00 A M with the following members present: <br /> Chairman- W.Frank McCray <br /> <br /> Commissioners: L.Bowman Barrier, P.Ernest Stallings, M.Smoot Lyles and W.Guy Isenhour <br /> <br /> Motion by W. Guy Isenhour seconded by L.Bowman Barrier that the Tax report by Warren Manus fot the <br />year 1960-1961 be approved- voted on and carried.
