The Cabarrus County Commissioners met at their regular monthly meeting on Nove~er 6, 1961 <br /> <br /> at 10:00 A M at the Courthouse with the following members present: <br /> Chairman: W.Frank McCray <br /> <br /> Commissioners: M Smoot Lyles, L.Bowman Barrier, P.Ernest Stallings and W. Guy Isenhour <br /> <br /> Motion by L.Bowman Barrier seconded by M Smoot Lyles that Kannapolis be given authority to <br /> erect~parkin9 meters on Chestnut Street, between West A. Street and West C. Street .
