Frank McCray <br /> <br /> C~missioners: L.Bewman Barrier, P.Ernest Stallings, M.Smoot Lyles, and l~.~uy Isenhour <br /> <br /> Motion hy L.Bo~an Barriers, seconded by P.Ernest Stallings that the balance of $14,529.Oc <br />Road money approporated for Caharrus County in the amount of $3962.00 he placed in reserve <br />Pavin~ Program. This was voted on and carried. <br /> <br /> Motion by l/.Cn~y lsenhour, seconded by L.Bow~an Barrier that Cabarrus County Plumbin9 <br />Code bethe same as City of Concord. This Was ~ot~ed on and carried. <br /> <br /> Motion by P. Ernest Stallings, seconded by L.Bow~an Barrier that the following Road <br /> <br />petitions be approved; <br /> Tucker ,~ <br /> No. 4 Township- Mee~e~-l~ Road - Hard surface. <br /> <br /> No. I Town~hip- Secondar~ Road No. 1133 - Henry Smith Road.- Surface Treatment <br /> <br /> Road No. 1303 - Parle1! Drive No. 1 Township- Surface Treatment <br /> <br /> Pounds Ave. Ext.- Request for Addition <br /> <br /> Kirk Nood Road - Request for Addition <br /> <br /> Motion hy P.Ernest Stallings, seconded by L.Bowman Barrier that the State Highway <br />Department erect a Stop and Go sign at the crossing of Hwy 29A and White Street. This was <br />voted on and carried. Petition mailed to the State Highway ~epartment. <br /> <br /> There being no further business, the Board adjourned to meet on June 6th at 2:00 <br /> PM. <br /> <br /> <br />
