The Cabarrus County Commissineers met at a call meeting on January 24, 1963 at 7:00 P M <br /> <br />at the Courthouse with the following members present: <br /> Chairman: C. Frank James <br /> <br /> Commissioners.~ Oren Hill, M. Smoot Lyles, W. Frank McCray and Mcl~etl Petrea. <br /> <br /> Chairman James, called the meeting to order. He then asked the Chairman of the County <br />School board to state his problems of the County School Board. Mr. Cline then told the ~eard <br />of the needs and problems of the School System. <br /> <br /> Motion by McNeil Petrea, seconded by W. Frank McCray that they recommend to our <br />representatives of the LL~islature to raise the bond limit issue to 8 %. <br /> <br />This was voted on and carried <br /> <br /> There being no further ~ business, the Board~: adjourned. <br /> <br /> ~lerk to Board. <br /> <br /> <br />
