9. SUCCESS(IRS AND ASSIGI~-- The Owner and the Architect, each binds himself, his partners <br />successors, legal representative, and assigns to the other party to this agreement, and to the <br />partners, successors, legal representatives and assigns of such other party in ~e~pect of all <br />covenants of this a§reement. <br /> Except as above, neither the Owner nor the AiXchttect shall assign, sublet or transfer his <br />interest in this agreement ~iithout the written consent of the other. <br /> 10.
