'1_66 <br /> <br /> The Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners met at a call meeting on Wednesday, Nay 22, 1963, <br /> <br /> at 2iO0 P~M. at the Cabarrus County Courthouse. <br /> <br /> Present: Chairman, Frank James ~ <br /> Commissioners, McNeil Petrea, Smoot Lyles, Frank McCray <br /> Absent: Oren Hill <br /> <br /> Meeting called to order by Chairman Frank James. The purpose of the meeting was to hear <br /> <br /> Mr. Anthony Kulis of the American Air Surveys. Mr. Kttlis stated facts about mapping Cabarrus <br /> County. There was general discussion but no decision was reached. Commissioners decided to visit <br /> other counties that have this program. <br /> <br /> Mr. George Griffin came before the Board and presented the colors and fabrics to be used for <br /> the courtroom. McCray made motion, seeonded by Lyles to accept Mr. Griffin's choice of fabrics <br /> and colors.
