173 <br /> <br />The Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners met at a call meeting on Monday, June 17, 1963, at <br /> <br />7:30 P.M. at the Cabarrus County Courthouse. <br /> <br /> Present:' Chairman, Frank James <br /> <br /> Commissioners: McNeil Petrea, Oren Hill, Smoot Lyles, Frank McCray <br /> <br /> The meeting was called to order by Chairman James and the capital outlay budget requested <br />by Concord City Schools for the fiscal year 1963-64 was discussed. Supt. of Concord City Schools, <br />W. W. Hartsell and the Concord City Board of Education appeared before theCommissioners and Mr. <br />Hartsell presented the request of the City Schools for Capital Outlay. No action was taken on <br />this request and the Commissioners tabled the request for further study. <br /> <br /> There being no further business to be presented before the board, Chairman James declared <br />the meeting adjourned. <br /> <br /> <br />
