Each of the propositions hereinabove set forth contains <br /> <br /> a statement of the purpose for which the bonds are authorized by <br /> the resolution referred to in such propositia% <br /> <br /> If said bonds shall be issued a tax will be levied upon <br /> <br /> all taxable property within said Kannapolis Sanitary District <br /> sufficient to pay the principal of and the interest on said bonds. <br /> <br /> A new registration of voters has been ordered and no <br /> <br /> one will be permitted to vote unless registered anew. The books <br /> for such new registration will be open from 9:00 A.M. until sunset <br /> on each day beginning Saturday, November 23, 1963, and ending <br /> Saturday, December 7, 1963.
