The boundaries of Precinct #9 are as follows: <br /> <br /> Beginning where the interior boundary line of the Kannapolis <br /> Sanitary District intersects the Cabarrus-Rowan County line at <br /> a point east of the intersection of Jackson Street and Jackson <br /> Park Road, and runs thence along the interior boundary line of <br /> the Kannapolis Sanitary District (Cannon Mills Company line) <br /> to a point where said boundary line intersects the Southern <br /> Railway Company's main line; thence along the main line of <br /> the Southern Railway Company to a point where the center line <br /> of East 18th Street intersects said main line; thence running <br /> east along the center of East 18th Street and along a line <br /> extended from the end of East 18th Street to the exterior boun- <br /> dary line of the Kannapolis Sanitary District; thence along <br /> the exterior boundary line of the Kannapolis Sanitary District <br /> to a point where said boundary line intersects the Rowan- <br /> Cabarrus County line; thence along the Rowan-Cabarrus County <br /> line in a westerly direction to the point of beginning. <br /> <br /> The boundaries of Precinct #10 are as follows: <br /> <br /> Beginning at the point where the center line of East 18th <br /> Street intersects the Southern Railway Company's main line, and <br /> runs thence in an easterly direction along the center line of <br /> East 18th Street and East 18th Street extended to a point <br /> in the boundary line of the Kannapolis Sanitary District; <br /> thence in a counter-clockwise direction around the Kannapolis <br /> Sanitary District line to a point in said Sanitary District <br /> line lying just west of the western end of West 16th Street; <br /> thence in an easterly direction along the center line of <br /> West 16th Street extended and West 16th Street to a point <br /> where the center line of said street extended to the east <br /> would intersect the main line of the Southern Railway Company; <br /> thence with the main line of the Southern Railway Company <br /> in a northerly direction to the point where it intersects <br /> the center line of East 18th Street, the point of Beginning. <br /> <br /> Dated this 4th day of November, 1963. <br /> <br /> Cloie s~ ,Hancock <br /> Clerk of Board of Commissioners <br /> for the County of Cabarrus <br /> <br /> Paul P.
