The Cabarrus County Commissioners met at a call meeting, December 19, 1963, at <br /> <br /> 9~30 a.m. at the Courthouse. <br /> <br />~ Present: Chairman, Frank James <br /> Commissioners, Oren Hill, McNeil Petrea, Frank McCray, Smoot Lyles <br /> <br /> Meeting called to order by Chairman James and meeting was turned over to Bachman Brown. <br /> This meeting was for the purpose of canvassing the Kannapolts Sanitary District votes. <br /> <br /> McCray made motion, seconded by Hill to adopt the resolution found on pages ~..~.~. ...... , Vote <br /> c~rried. <br /> <br /> Bill Dillon, representing the State Highway Dept. presented a map sho~ing the county's <br /> property which will be used for right of way for the Western By-Pass. Commissioners requested <br /> map sho~ing the mnount of property that the county will have left. <br /> <br /> Havin9 no further business, meeting adjourned. <br /> <br /> Clerk to Board <br /> <br /> <br />
