NORTH CAROLINA: CABARRUS COUNTY: A RESOLUTION FIXING DATE FOR HEARING ON PETITION TO CLOSE A PORTION OF PENNSYLVANI~ AVENUE ~ND KNOLLWOOD DRIVE AND NOTICE TO ALL PERSONS~ CLOSING THEREOF: ?.IHEREAS on the day of ~,~..]0,~ , 196~, a petition was filed with the--~rd of County c6mmissioners of Cabarrus County to close portions of Pennsylvania Ave- nue and Knollwood Drive, it is hereby resolved that the said petitioner is hereby entitled to a hearing thereon: 1. ~l.~ Tha~ date of said hearing is hereby set for the day of ~.l.~Q , 196~, and that same shall be e~ in the me,ting room of the Board of County Commissioners in the Cabarrus County Courthouse at /[>[~p'clock, ~. m. 2. That all persons, firms, or corporations whose interests would be adversely affected by the closing of portions of Pennsylvania Avenue and Knollwood Drive descri- bed as follows: Lying and being in Cabarrus County, N. C., in Township No. ~ and BEGINNING at a point, the Northwest corner of Lot 1 in Block "I" of the Carolina Air Park, on Sheet ~1 as shown on the map recorded in Book 9, page 39, in the Office of the Register of Deeds, Cabarrus County, N. C., and runs thence with the line of Lot 1,~t prolonged South 29~ 23' East 300 feet]~point in the North-~ .' ern line of Knoll~rive, the same being the Southwest corn~f pro ~ormerly owned by Rebecca C. Means and George B. Means, now owned by Corpora- tion; running thence with the 1~_~ of said Knollwood Drive, said also ~- ing the Southern lines of property formerly owned by Rebecca C. Means and husband, George B. Means; and Lure S. Wellborn (widow) J. Frank Scott and wife, Edna V. Scott; and Etta C.
