Chairman, Frank James <br /> <br /> Commissioners, McNeil Petrea, Frank McCray, Smoot Lyles <br /> <br /> Absent~ Oren Hill <br /> <br /> Meetin9 called to order by Chairman James. There was discussion of the new budder in <br />9eneral. It was aDreed to put $18,000 in repair and maintenance fund. Cars for the Shertffsi ~ <br />Department was also discussed. No decision reached at this time. <br /> <br /> Petrea made motion, seconded by Lyles that effective July 1, 1964, all deeds will clear <br />the Tax Supervisor's office before bein9 recorded in the ReDister of Deeds.
