'J'hc returns of the special bond election hel~ in the County of Cabarrus on August 4, 1964, having been receited from the proper election officers and having been canvassed, n~e Board has found and Ce~ermined and does hereby declare: (a) That each registrar and judge for the special bo ~d election held in the County of Cabarrus on Aug,~st 4, 1964 was ~uly qualified by law and had taken the necesary oath. (b) That the election officers had incorporated in t~eir returns not only the number of votes cast for and agains~ the ~ues tion submitted but also the number of voters registered and qu~li- fied to vote in each precinct in the election. (c) That at said election r. here was submitted to the qUalified voters of said County the following question: Shall an order finally passed on 3une 2% aughorizing the Coun[y of Cabarros~ North Caro-- lina, to contract a debt, in ad.itl, on to any' and all other debt which said County may now or here- after have pc, wer or au~hority to con~ract, ~,~d in evidence thereof to issue School Building Bonds in an aggregate principal amount not e~ceeding $6,000,000 for the purpose of providing funds~ wit any other available funds, lot erecting additional school buildings and ot~er ~choo! plane facilitie~ remodeling, enlarging and reconsgrucging existing -2- t
