Prayer l~y Rev. Albert M. Phillips. It was <br /> agreed to dispense with the reading o1~ the last minutes due to the length. ~" <br /> <br /> Residents o£ R~yal Oaks Con,unity came be£ore the Board concerning a petition they had <br /> previously presented in reoards to restrictions in their cceeunity, l~r. Beckerdite advised <br /> the people they would have to have a written resolution or ordinance outlining the bou~ies <br /> and restrictions they desire, and then present to Board. <br /> <br /> Hr. Baucoa, representing the l~inecoff, Poplar Tent, and Jackson Park Volunteer Fire <br /> <br /> departaents, requested the approval of an amendment as to wordin9 of the boundary lines on <br /> ¥inecoff Fird Dept. Vote carried. <br /> <br /> Ralph K. Litaker, Tax Super¥isor, c~b~befor the B~ard co, corning a place for listin~ <br /> <br /> taxes in January. It was agreed Hr. Lyles veuld try and obtain a building free Cabarrus Bank <br /> <br /> and that Mr. Janes and Hr.
