<br /> Residents of the Royal Oaks Community requested a County Planning Board with men,bars of
<br />the Royal Oaks Community on the Board. Commissioners agreed t° consider this.
<br />
<br />Petrea made motion, seconded by McCray to appoint Mr. Charles S. Davis, Jr. and Mr. Foman D.
<br />Dalrymple to fill vacancies on the Royal Oaks Ssnitar~ District. Vote carried.
<br />
<br /> Cabsrrus l~ental Health Board requested permission to move from their present location
<br />
<br />behind Gtbsonls Drug to the Arey-Ashe building on N. Church St. The increase in rent is from
<br />
<br />$50. to $125. per month. Hill made motion, seconded by Petrea to grant this request. Vote carrie~..

<br /> point arid place of beginning, or ars, persons, firms, or corporations otherwise interested
<br /> in the closing be and they are hereby notified to appear before the Board of County Commissioner,,
<br /> of the County of Cabarrus on the above stated date and place and show cause, if srly they have,
<br /> why an order should not be entered closing the above described "Woodland Drive". That it be
<br /> and it is hereby directed that this resolution be published in the Concord Tribune once a week
<br /> for four successive weeks preceeding the date herein fixed for hearing of the petition filed
<br /> in this cause. This the 4th day of January, 1965.

<br />
<br /> to see about makin9 a County Park. Commissioners agreed they would discuss this matter.
