following resolution which was read: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION FIXING THE FORM AND MANNER OF <br /> EXECUTION OF $3,095,000 BONDS TO BE ISSUED <br /> UNDER DATE OF DECEMBER 1, 1964, PROVIDING <br /> FOR THE REGISTRATION THEREOF AND RATIFY- <br /> ING APPLICATION TO LOCAL GOVERNMENT COMHIS- <br /> SION FOR THE ADVERTISEMENT AND SALE OF <br /> SAID BONDS <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners for the <br /> <br />County of CabarruS: <br /> <br /> Sec=ion 1.
