6. That there is no individual, firm or corporation owning property adjoining <br />said street or road to whom notice of the hearing in this matter should have been <br />given by registered letter as required hy G.S. 153-9 (17). <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ADJUDGED, ORDERED AND DECREED that the street or road <br />located in No. 5 Township, Cabarrus County, North Carolina known as Woodland Drive <br />in "Evelyn Park" subdivision and designatmd as Woodland Drive upon a map entitled <br />"Evelyn Park" recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds for Cabarrus County <br />in Map Book 9, page 73 and as shown upon said map is more particularly described <br />as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at a point on the southern side of Lakeview Drive, said point <br />being also the most western corner of Lot No. 52, Block "E" as said Lakeview Drive <br />and said Lot No. 52, Block "E" are shown on the map of Evelyn Park recorded in <br />the office of the Register of Deeds for Cabarrus County in Map Book 8, page 73; <br />thence with the western line of said Lot 52, Block "E", S. 26-20E. 192.0 feet; <br />thence continuing with the western side of said Lot S. 32-20 E. 371.2 feet a <br />corner of said Lot 52; thence leaving said Lot 52 and with the western line of <br />Lots 51,50,~9,48, and 47 all of Block "E" of Evelyn Park, S.21-37W. 459.6 feet <br />to a point on the northerm ~4g~5~fP~%Y~.~ig~ ~d~:~§eing also the southwestern <br />corner of Lot~No. 47, Block "E" of Evelyn Park; thence leaving said lot No. 47, <br />north 71-19 W. 30 feet to a point on the northern edge of Evelyn Drive and being <br />also the southeastern corner of Lot No. 24, Block "A" of Evelyn Park; thence <br />leaving Evelyn Drive and with the eastern line of Lots Nos. 24,23,22, and 21 of <br />Block "A" of Evelyn Park, north 21-37 E. 444.4 feet to a point a corner of said <br />Lot No. 21; thence continuing with a line of said ~ot. No. 21, north 29-51 W. 231 <br />feet to a point a common corner of Lots No. 21 and 20, Block "A" Evelyn Park; <br />thence with the eastern line of said Lot ~. 20 and Lot No. 29, Block "A", Evelyn <br />Park in a northwesterly direction to a point, the northern most limit of Woodland <br />Drive and being on the southern line of Lakeview Drive; thence with Lakeview Drive <br />and across Woodland Drive as shown on said map to the point and place of beginnintl. <br />is hereby~~ pu~a~nt to the power granted or defined <br />by G.S. 153-9 of the State of North Carolina. <br /> Petitioners shall cause a copy of this decree to be recorded in the office <br />of the Register of Deeds for Cabarrus County provided there be no appeal herefrom <br />within thirty days from the entry hereof. <br /> This the 1st day of February, 1965. <br /> <br /> It was agreed by Commissioners not to except Mr. R. A. McClary's check <br /> <br />for 1964 county taxes without the penalty being applied, due to the postmark <br />on envelope being in February.
