The Cabarrus County Commissioners met at a call meeting Monday, Feb. 8, 1965 <br /> <br />at 2:00 p.m. at the Gourthouse. <br /> <br /> Present: Chairman, C. Frank James <br /> <br /> Commissioners, Oren Hill, McNeil Petrea, Smoot Lyles, Frank McCray <br /> <br />Meeting called to order by Chairman James. Rev. Coy C. Privette was <br />present and thanked the Commissioners for their action in the obscene literature <br /> <br />program. He also requested Commissioners toaappoint a conviener for this group. <br />Commissioners agreed for Rev. Privette to be the conviener. It was also agreed <br />that a copy of the letter sent to the Ministerial Asso. be sent to each of the <br />committee members. <br /> <br /> Ralph Litaker, Tax Supervisor, read specifications for revaluation. Dis- <br />cussion was held on these specifications. <br /> <br /> A meeting was set for Friday, February 12, 1965 to hear representatives <br />from Appraisal Gompanies. <br /> <br /> Having no further business, meeting adjourned. <br /> <br /> <br />
