383! <br /> <br /> The Cabarrus County Commissioners met at a call meeting Friday, June 18, <br />1965 at 7:00 p.m. at the Courthouse. <br />Present: Chairman, C. Frank James <br /> <br /> Commissioners, McNeil Petrea, Oren Hill, Frank McCray <br /> <br />Absent: Commissioner, Smoot Lyles <br /> <br /> Meeting called to order by McNeil Petrea. Mr. W. J. Barnhardt came before <br />the Board concerning rent he claims is due him on Mental Health Clinic Building. <br />The reason for difference in rent he received is due to a high light bill which <br />was made by other tenants in the building. It was agreed to have Mr. Barnhardt <br />bring the other tenants to meet with Mr. Hurt and Mr. Beckerdite next week to <br />try and correct this situation. <br /> <br /> The 1965-66 budget was discussed with Alfred Hurt, County Accountant. <br /> <br /> Having no further business, meeting adjourned. <br /> <br /> <br />
