The Cabarrus County Commissioners met at a call meeting Monday, September <br /> 20, 1965, at 4:00 p.m. in the Courthouse. <br /> <br /> · ~_.. Present: Chairman, C. Frank James <br /> <br /> Commissioners, Oren Hill, McNeil Petrea <br /> <br /> Absent: Commissioner, Frank McCray, Smoot Lyles <br /> <br /> Meeting called to order by Chairman James. Attorney James C~ Johnson <br /> discussed the boundary lines of the Patterson Building property. There is a <br /> difference between readings of old deed boundaries and more recent deeds recorded. <br /> Attorney Johnson recommended a new survey be made of the Patterson Bldg. and <br /> <br /> Snyder Bldg. property before transaction of sale is completed. Commissioners <br /> <br />· agreed for Mr. Hurt, County Accountant, to hire Guy Fisher and Billy Long to <br /> <br /> make this survey. <br /> <br /> Having no further business, meeting adjourned. <br /> <br /> <br />
