413 " Hill made motion, seconded by M~Cray to appoint Robert C. Llewellyn as county attorney to succeed W. H. Beckerdite, who is deceased. Vote carried. Petrea made motion, seconded by Hill to appoint James C. Johnson as Judge of Domestic Relations Court for a two-year period, effective Ju~ 1, 1965 to June 30, 1967. Voted for: Hill, Petrea, James; Voted against: Lyles; abstained from voting: McCray. The Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners extended an invitation to District 10, N. C. ASso. of County Commissioners to hold their spring meeting in Concord as guests of Cabarrus County. Hill made motion, seconded by Petrea to appoint the following men to serve for twelve months on the Zoning and Planning Board for the One Mile Rmdius beyond the city limits: Robert S. Bogle, John Burrage, Sam Colerider, Reece Purr, and Gene Isenhour. Voted For: Hill, Petrea, James Abstained from voting: Lyles, McCray It was agreed for commissioners to meet Wednesday, October 6, 1965, at 7:00 p.m. to begin purging the new jury list.
